Corporate Project Services (CPS) was contracted by a commercial tenant in Marrickville to undertake remedial work and upgrade the front façade of their building. The tenant wanted to give their building a modern appearance and improve its structural integrity.
The project involved a complex install of new cladding, windows, doors, and signage, as well as electrical and plumbing works.
The project required close coordination with Ausgrid, council and government authorities, as well as the tenant and the landlord. CPS had to obtain various approvals and permits, and manage the shut down of power and road closure during the installation. CPS also had to ensure the safety of the workers, the public, and the building occupants throughout the project.
CPS delivered the project on time and on budget, meeting the expectations of the client and enhancing the value of the property.
